WHO ARE HOUSE OF CLOUDS

House of Clouds has been a registered business since 2015, working out of Carlton House, Ferryman’s Walk, York UK YO26 6HZ.

SECURITY 

House of Clouds takes all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is protected. Any data provided to House of Clouds including debit / credit card or other payment information is maintained on secure servers and protected by industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.

In making a purchase via www.houseofclouds.co.uk you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself and financial details needed to process your order. You will then be notified of either its acceptance or of any issues. This is securely transferred to an accredited third party vendor for processing through a secure banking facility. We do not retain card or other payment identification information.

Our store is hosted on Envato Market. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

At House of Clouds we respect our customers’ privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. Any information we collect about you is held with the utmost care and security. We use information we collect from you to process your orders and to offer you the best possible customer service.

We do not send any personal information that we collect about you on the Site to any social media sites that you link to your account, e.g. Facebook, nor do we share that information with such sites.  We do not collect any personal information about you from those sites.

If you are an existing customer, we may contact you by email, telephone or post with information about our products, events, launches and services which are similar to those we previously provided to you, unless you have indicated that you do not want to hear from us.

SHARING WITH TRUSTED EMAIL AND PAYMENT SERVICES
